Refund policy

At Cruzi, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our Returns Policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Any return claims must be lodged within 7 days of your order being received. 

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund when a product:

  • is faulty or defective;

  • is significantly different from its description or sample shown;

  • is not of acceptable quality; or
    does not perform as reasonably expected.

These rights cannot be excluded under the ACL.

2. Change of Mind Returns

  • Returns for change of mind may be accepted at our discretion.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.

3. Process for Returns

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at info@cruzi.com.au with:

  • Your order number;

  • Reason for return; and

  • Supporting photos (if applicable).

Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to clear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

Where possible, we may offer an exchange for another item of equal value, subject to availability.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, Cruzi will cover all reasonable return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
